Privacy Policy

We collect account information (such as email), usage telemetry, and files you upload for valuation processing. We only use this data to provide and improve the service.
Data is used to authenticate users, process valuation requests, generate reports, maintain platform security, and provide support.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers to operate the service, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations. This includes the AI providers described in section 4.
To produce a valuation we use third-party AI providers to read and interpret the royalty statements you upload. The contents of those files, and the catalog details you enter, are sent to those providers to process on our behalf, which may involve processing outside the UK and EEA. Uploaded files are deleted from the provider once processing completes. The assistant also sends your valuation figures to those providers when you ask it a question. We do not sell personal data. For the current list of providers we use, contact music@blash.uk.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Data is retained for as long as needed to provide service, comply with obligations, and resolve disputes.
You can request access or correction of your personal data by contacting music@blash.uk. You can permanently delete your account and the application data linked to it from Settings. Payment records may be retained by payment providers where required by law.
